Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts Student US Navy Veteran of 5 years as Damage Controlman Second Class Petty Officer Born in Nakhon Phanom, Thailand. Moved to the United States in 1996. Moved across the country from Des Moines, IA to Morganton, NC (1997-2003) to Kansas City, KS (2003-2007)to Naval Station San Diego (2007-2012) and finally to Las Vegas, NV. Culinary inspiration from Grandmother and Aunt traditional Laotian cooking. Supported by friends and family to become a chef, and also wanting to be an architect. Goal: Own a fine Dining Restaurant, commission the first house or restaurant.
