My name is Brendan Skinner, I am 25 years old. I got my passion for cooking from my father. The first time i walked into an professional kitchen I was 8 years old. Ever since that day I have had a love for the culinary field.

My name is Petrina Peart, I am 28 years old. Originally from Kingston Jamaica. I have been cooking all my life. My passion for cooking stems from my culture, my travels, and my family.
