having worked in the food industry for the past 25 years, i have held every position you could imagine , from server and bartender to executive chef .l currently work as a caterer. Home is where my heart is , so i feel that my elevated home style cooking is my best.. i put my heart and soul on a plate and people tell me they can taste the love in all of my dishes. i live to feed people good food!
