My husband, son, and I compete on the professional KCBS BBQ circuit and competed in the 2013 World Food BBQ Championships. I work as a pediatric nurse and learned to bake by growing up with a mother who is an amazing cook and baker. Although I don't have much time for baking, when I do, I love creating delicious treats to share with my family and friends! Mix my competitive spirit with my "joy of baking" and I am very excited to be competing in the Dessert category this year!
