I have been cooking in chili and bbq cookoffs for many years and have won multiple events both in chili and bbq chef choice events. I've cooked in the WFC the last 2 years and looking forward to competing again this year as I've learned from past mistakes and plan to be in the Top 10 this year. I've qualified from winning the San Miguel de Allende, Mexico chili cook off.
