QUALIFYING EVENT: Illinois State Fair
Recent wins include the Illinois State Fair for red chili and a smoked bacon apple pie at the Old Capitol Blues and BBQ festival dessert category. I'm just glad to be competing again in Vegas. Perhaps I can improve upon my "score" from last year.
