Scott Knue, Director, Culinary R&D for Culinary Sales Support, Inc. — With 17 years of culinary experience, Scott is no stranger to the restaurant industry. He earned his degree from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, holding positions in corporate restaurant management, marketing, brand management and sales. He has even taken classes at the École Ritz Escoffier in Paris, under the tutelage of Executive Chef Michel Roth. After spending time as an Executive Corporate Chef, Scott transitioned into the role of culinary research and development. He currently focuses on chain restaurant menu innovation with Culinary Sales Support, Inc. Scott is a proud supporter of “classic” Midwestern cuisine – his favorite meal is Chicago-style deep dish pizza!
