Liz Kraatz is a proud mom of five whose culinary journey began as a cake decorator featured on multiple Food Network shows and teaching at cake expos nationwide. Over time, her passion for bold flavors led her to competitive cooking, where she and her mom developed a two-time World Championship chili recipe. After stepping back from the competition circuit to grieve her mother’s passing in 2020, Liz never stopped experimenting and perfecting her craft in her home kitchen. Now, fueled by her family’s support and her mom’s enduring inspiration, she’s ready to reignite her competitive fire and chase another culinary victory.
