My background is home grown. Being an Indiana native, I have wondered how to balance the palate of the Midwest with the flavors of the surrounding world. There's complexity in simplicity and that is what I strive to achieve. Food has no bounds and that is what sparked my interest to begin with. I want my food to leave an impression and be rememberable, I want nothing more than to share great food with others and to explore our palates.
