I am a stay at home dad who turned his love of bbq in to a competition team now to a food truck. I started cooking in the backyard thinking I knew what I was doing and was I wrong. After much research, asking questions and judging contest, I finally started cooking my self off a Craigslist offset cooker I found. We now have multiple cookers, including a 500 gallon beast. We strive everyday to grow and get better to serve our community, friends and family.
