Lu Holter is an enthusiastic & creative BBQ competitor and home cook. She loves all foods and is passionate about finding new ways to use ingredients in dishes.She and her husband, Damon, own Croix Valley Foods in Hudson, WI. They produce all natural sauces, marinades, dry rubs, spices and Bloody Mary seasonings. The have won numerous international awards with their products and are both fiercely competitive.
