QUALIFYING EVENT: Just A Pinch category winner

Hi my name is Leah Stacey I currently live in Montgomery, AL. I have lived all over the south and consider myself a southern nomad. I have traveled a lot and love to eat and cook different cuisines. I come from a long line of wonderful cooks. I grew up watching my mother cook and bake. Once I was able to stay home with my own children I had time to really hone in on my own cooking skills. I teach cooking classes in my spare time and decorate cakes. My favorite part of cooking is the moment when someone takes bite of your food and you can see from the expression on their face that they are thoroughly enjoying what they are tasting. It just makes me happy to make others happy. I have won 11 blue ribbons from www.justapinch.com and even won one of their major contest and the opportunity to compete here. My recipes have been featured in many publications, including: The Manchester times, Jonesborough Herald & Tribune, Montgomery Advertiser, River Region Health and Fitness magazine and Southern Living magazine. I can't wait to come to Vegas and kick some butt in the burger competition. So watch out y'all you're about to get some south in your mouth.
