My passion for cooking goes back to my childhood. I remember my mother cooking for her catering side hustle business; I enjoyed watching her shop at the farmer’s market. Cooking for her was about quality and freshness, love and patience. I am honored to have worked with some of the most talented chefs from around the world combined with my culinary education at the Arts Institute of Washington. It broadened my culinary skills and talents. Cooking is beyond a job for me. It is my hobby and addiction. Even on my days off of work, my home kitchen looks like a science lab. I am always creating recipes and mastering new techniques. I love to travel and educate myself on international cuisine. It is a privilege to wear a chef’s coat and to serve food prepared from my heart.
