He is the mastermind behind not only the legendary Lean Sauce®️ but also Gordo Ninos, a restaurant specializing in fusing Mexican cuisine with new flavors and techniques. His passion for experimenting with traditional dishes and creating unique combinations, Chef Machete has gained a loyal following of foodies who appreciate his innovative approach. He has been featured on numerous publications and has received multiple accolades for his culinary creations. He’s known as the, “rapper’s chef” as he has catered to multiple known Hip Hop icons but not limited to actors, politicians, public figures.
