Drew Wilson is a Minnesota-based chef known for his innovative approach to cooking. With a culinary journey that began in his hometown of Louisville, KY, Drew quickly developed a passion for food that led him to train under restaurateur Danny Meyer and cook at his flagship restaurant Union Square Cafe. After honing his skills in New York, he made the move to Minnesota, where he was the Executive Chef at the Oceanaire Seafood Room. His dishes are a blend of classic techniques and modern flair, reflecting his commitment to sustainability and the vibrant flavors of the Midwest.
