Sure! Here’s a reworded version: As a child, I was more interested in playing with pots and pans than with toys. I learned to cook from various family members and began working in kitchens at 16, starting in the dish pit and eventually advancing to a cook. I’ve always viewed my jobs as opportunities to learn and enhance my skills for my future business. In 2023, I founded Jesse James Foods LLC, initially cooking and packaging pork skins for stores and events. A year later, in 2024, I opened my diner with the aim of offering simple yet creative dishes to my community.
