As a small child they say I played with pots and pans more than toys. I learned to cook from multiple family members. I’ve worked in many kitchens since the age of 16, my first professional kitchen job was in the dish pit where I worked my way up to cook. I have always looked at my jobs as a learning experience, to improve my skills for my own future business's. In 2023 I started my own business, Jesse James Foods LLC. For the first year I cooked and packaged pork skins for stores and events, exactly a year later in 2024 I opened my diner with the goal to bring simple, yet creative food to my town.
