I have always have had the love for cooking, growing up I learned so much from my mammy . Till this day I still use her iron skillet. After high school I joined the Marines, when I got out I joined the railroad. One day I was watching tv and saw a KCBS competition and I knew I could do what they were doing. I signed up for my first competition in 2010 as my love for competition grew I knew I wanted to make more people happy with my food. I signed up for culinary school in 2012 where I graduated at the top of my class. Stared a catering business that same year and today I’m working on my third restaurant as well as making sure I’m giving back to my community.
