Brittany Furbee is an award-winning competitive home chef and recipe developer from Morgantown, West Virginia. Brittany is currently an associate editor and recipe developer for The Local Palate, a magazine that celebrates the South's rich and diverse food culture. Despite having no professional training, she has been crowned the winner of a Food Network show and is a six-time World Food Championships competitor.
