I grew up watching my mother cook, that was one of my favorite places to be was in the kitchen with my mom. Every happy memory I had growing up my mothers food was involved. When I became a mom it was important to me that my children had the same memories with holidays or events that included memorable meals. After getting divorced from a 18 year marriage I was lost, cooking and exercise help me fine myself again. When meeting my second chance in life My husband, not only is he my love of my life and best friend we both shared the same love for cooking. We have used cooking together to not only build our relationship but to help blend our families together over the years. In 2021 we decided to find a hobby in food sport together as a married couple. Competing in many local food competitions, Steak Cook Off Association (SCA) and Kansas City Barbeque Society (KCBS) across the nation.
