COMPETITION: World Burger Championship
With more than 20 years of experience, Jose Guillermo has been the creator of the most emblematic hamburger projects in the Dominican Republic such as Luga, The Burger Co. and El Camión. Winner of 1st place in 2019 of the Mayo Burger Tour, the most important national burger competition in the D.R. He managed to position himself in 5th position in the opening round for burger category and finishing 7th overall in the final round. Current Corporate Chef of the company Reysa Food the company that owns the brands; Green Bowl, Pronto Pasta, Crost Pizza, Ground Burgers and Rey's, which has around 16 restaurants nationwide.
