For 25+ years, Dan has been in the kitchen. Starting off as a bus boy and working his way up with some historic KC mentors, he has now found his own niche in the Kansas City. From the popular District Pour House to the KC staple Classic Cup and the new food truck The Good Part, he and his team stay busy. Along with S0us Chef of the Year, John Magno, this will be their 9th straight WFC.
