Dubbed "Paula 2.0" and "The OTHER White Meat" by the Famous Paula back in 2010, Paula began recipe-creating and competing at that time and won her first cooking contest and casting call. She soon became a brand ambassador for several major food brands, began studio and location filming, traveled while cooking up her original creations and even co-hosted a national food & wine radio talk show. She's competed at WFC since the 2nd one held in Las Vegas and has made it to the Top 10 in the Dessert, Bacon, Seafood and Vegetarian Categories. It remains one of her favorite cooking competitions - she says the best part is the journey, the destination is the reward, and what a journey WFC is! Oh, by the way, she used to be "Paula Todora" but recently got married-it's never too late!
