Owner of Elsie Mae’s Sweet Shop we use local produce and family recipes to preserve traditional style baking and canning. Growing up I was always helping Granny with the gardening, baking, and canning. The heart of our bakery is making nostalgic food that brings comfort and creates fond memories with a lot of butter and sugar.
