After 13 years in Law Enforcement, I decided to change careers. Having grilled burgers and chicken as a young kid, I started barbecuing in my 20's. In 2021 we opened Anderson Barbecue Supply in the Twin Cities. For the last 2 1/2 years my wife Erica and I have loved getting to know the barbecue community and learning even more about low and slow, and hot and fast cooking. We started competing in 2023 and have enjoyed the comradery that barbecue, and food sport brings.
