My love of cooking started at a young age growing up in a house where my mom always had a meal on the table every night; I was right in there with her learning at a young age how to cook and the community/joy food brings to people. I attended Johnson & Wales University earning a degree in Culinary Arts and Food Service Management, after completing my degree in 2012 I found a job as a cook at Blue Marlin Restaurant in Columbia, South Carolina and worked my way to become the Sous Chef; in 2014 I became the Executive Chef. I am excited for the continued growth within Blue Marlin and what we can continue to accomplish with the company and community.
