My name is Joseph Thadeus Martinez. I first began cooking in restaurants at 16 in imy hometown of Brownsville, TX. I immediately fell in love with the fast paced enviornment and knew this is what i wanted in life. I attended Le Cordon Bleu Austin right out of high school and upon graduating, moved to florida to work for Walt Disney World. in 2013 i moved to San Antonio to begin working in a local high end establishment where i worked my way up from Pantry Cook to Chef de Cuisine, during this time i began competing in various food contests and have a good track record of winning, in 2021, i made the move to Marriott Hotels to assist with the Operations of their newest Texas Focused Concept, Tributary. At Tributary we make it a point to showcase the local farm and ranch community in our menu writing and push a "crafted not complicated" vision for our food,
