The team was founded in 2017 in Campagnola Emilia Italy, in the heart of Food Valley and Motor Valley both, to participate in American BBQ and Outdoorcooking competitions. Each teammate is specialized in different preparations. All the components are culinary hobbyists and passionate lovers of cooking, in particular Italian and Emilian typical cuisine, strongly attracted by the cuisine of the whole world including pizza.
