I am a retired pharmacist living in Kentucky and enjoy traveling, cooking, and enjoying the outdoors. My wife and I have competed in cooking contests in the past and have competed in WFC. We also both cook in chili competitions for the ICS and are Grand Champions in both Red Chili andChili Verde. During retirement I have been honing up on grilling skills and experimenting with spices and rubs. Looking forward to Dallas!
