I've been a competitor at WFC for the past 9 years, only missing the 1st year because I didn't discover it until it was too late to compete. Oh, but compete I do. I love food sport and compete in every manner of food competition I find time for (usually around 50 comps per year) and this is the pinnacle of comradery, competition and food-centric embodiment I find myself in all year long. I'm the owner of Croix Valley Foods, a manufacturer of award-winning sauces and seasonings, but the experience only starts there. From competing on television shows on Food Network, Travel Channel and Outside Television Network to making video content and recipes for my own brand and partners, I truly live and breathe the food collective. I've seen WFC evolve over time and am stoked to be a part of the next iteration of the event in 2022.
