COMPETITION: World Chef Championship
Started work at a pizza restaurant as a teenager. Worked into manager role before moving on to a wedding venue where I learned most of the skills I have now. After six years at each, I moved on to a sous chef role at the Embassy Suites in Denton. I have competed in a few various culinary competitions over the years and have also participated in several task force opportunities allowing me to travel to some other states. I strive to create meals that go beyond expectations and will never settle for anything that is just enough.
