Cooking with my heart and soul ( my grandmother) since I was a small child!! Started bussing tables and stocking salad bars at 15, joined military and started cooking professionally after getting out of the navy. I have always worked my way up through the ranks, apprenticed with Fulvio Valsecchi for 8 years before I finally spread my culinary wings as head chef for Kristian Niemi at Gervais and Vine tapas bar at age 27. I never turned back after that, I currently own Griffin Chophouse, The Royal Butcher and have a strong catering business as well as a food truck. Expansion on the way!!!! There is no job my staff and I won’t take on! I travel and work golf tournaments and also assist with hurricane and ice storm relief when called upon. I’m a student of food and it just clicks in my head line it was meant to be!
