COMPETITION: World Burger Championship

After graduating from university, I worked for a major airline for about 6 years, and after that, I was involved in cosmetics and apparel import and sales, events, restaurant production, etc. 6 years ago I was introduced to the CEO of Ganesha Co., Ltd., whice produces Japanese BBQ restaurant "Daishogun" in Toyama prefecture. When the company launched a new burger brand SHOGUNBURGER to expand the business opportunities especially in Tokyo area, I was fully involved with the project from the beginning and put my best effort for successful launching and business development past over 4 years. Now, I'm working as the company executive chef to oversee 6 branches to lead marketing strategies, maintain food and service qualities and come up with new recipes. We would like to convey the deliciousness of true Wagyu beef and continue to make our hamburgers a source of energy for as many people as possible. As our company's vision statement "Smash you brain", we will blow away people in Dallas and the world with our Wagyu smashed burger!
