I am a passionate well seasoned home cook. Born in South Vietnam, my family fled the country after the war seeking a better life in Seattle, WA. Growing up in low income refugee neighborhood taught me everything I know about culture, survival and life skills. My POV style cooking is comfort PNW ethnic foods. I am able to eat something, recreate it better with my own twist. My story and personality has been recognized on national television. I was casted on MasterChef Season 8 and appeared on The Food Network Cooks VS. Cons Season 5 episode 12. First Place in Lunar New Year Vegan Competition 2017. First place winner of 2021 Bite club Throw Down.
