Started my Culinary journey at age 15 with my first job at a local country kitchen in my hometown, although my career path took me down a few different roads i landed back in the industry full time in 2008. I am the Chef/Culinary Director for R- Ranch Texas Craft Meats, we are a Texan Owned and Operated Ranch and Wholesale meat distributor of only Texas Raised proteins including Tajima Wagyu, Heritage Pork, Lamb and goat. I also own Crooked Road Catering Company and we specialize in what I call coastal comfort food, the majority of our business is destination catering, on large ranches all over Texas.
