HEAD COOK: Zoe Adelstein

Zoe is Co-Owner and Managing Director of Events, Catering and Agriculture at The Undiscovered Taste, LLC. She is also a Private Chef and Executive Chef at One More Bite Catering & Events. As a Private Chef, Zoe has worked extensively with clients on a personal level, creating custom food and menus for over three years. Her knowledge of dietary and cultural
needs, and specific food allergies has made her invaluable to her clients. As an Executive Catering Chef, she has worked with large scale food production, managing large staff sizes and feeding up to 150 people at a time. Her work in catering also led to her work as a wedding and events planner, allowing her to manage all aspects of weddings and events. Zoe’s
true passion is food, and she lives and breathes it every day. With an impressive recipe library with over 4000 recipes, she is constantly creating and working with new flavors and cuisines. Zoe has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from
Clark University, an associate degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University and is currently working towards her certification in Wedding Planning and Wedding Styling (CWPS) which will join her Catering & Events business.
