Mechanical engineer as a profession, but cooking is my true passion, while engineering formation is my hobby. Making a great meal for others is a legacy I learned from my mother from my childhood. While traveling the world for business, I always try to visit small country restaurants as well renowned restaurants where I take the opportunity to learn more about their typical country food, while taste amazing delicacies. Normally, I ask questions to the chef, ask to see the kitchen and once I get back home, I do my best to improve the dish I just taste. As a truly believer on my backyard cooking experience, I have not limited it just to BBQ, I has been always looking into what dishes I can make trying to elevate the level of perfection.
