I started my professional cake design business totally by accident. Once my family started to grow and my name also included “grandma” I soon was drawn into making my family members their own special cakes for birthdays and different events. My friends and their friends and family started placing orders, so I soon started including treats as well. Cakezetc by Z was established. Now it’s five years later. I try to take on anything that is requested of me. I call it, “Going to School”. I study my projects. I learned from research and practice to design my cakes and treats. I’m a self taught, “Professional Cake and Treat Designer” who is looking to make her mark. I love it most when people are happy with my work!
