My name is Chef Danny Smith I'm from Murrells Inlet South Carolina. I work at Fire & Smoke Gastropub in Myrtle Beach South Carolina a cutting edge Restaurant I am a US Army veteran. I'm currently the Myrtle Beach Chef of the year. Also was the runner-up for the South Carolina Chef of the year. This year I won Taste of America online recipe contest representing South Carolina . This will be my third time competing in the world food Championship. Looking forward to working with my culinary team Charlie Bardo and Will Stone this year .
