I was introduced to cooking by my Grandmother. She taught me to love the food you cook. If you cook and dont put love into it. Others won't like it. I watched her for over several years before she passed away. Her love remains in me still and it lead me to go to Culinary. I want to keep my Grandmother love if food going. But before I went to Culinary School I worked at several different types of restaurant. The knowledge I learned from Culinary School I landed the job of my life. I'm a Chef/owner of my home-basedCatering company. Its is a great place to work for and it gives me the ability to dig deep in my culinary skills. The catering company gives me the opportunity to cook for many different people and ethic backgrounds. I love the challange. World Food Championships have taught me alot about food
