Bog Boys Chili

HEAD COOK: Frank Volz

COMPETITION: World Open Chili Championship

Bog Boys Chili Team. Father-Son. Both raised around the cranberry bogs of the Washington coast. We've been cooking BBQ and Chili for over 10 years. Made the top 5 at the World Food Championships in 2016 & 2018. Finished in the top 15 at WFC in 2017. Frank placed 2nd in Verde at the 2014 Championship in Washington, won the Lantern Lunch Favorite Red Chili in 2016. Jim placed first in con carne this year at the Washington State Championship. Making the trip to Dallas to defend our top 5 in 2018. Just a couple of home cooks from the great PNW heading to Dallas to shake things up a bit.
