While in college I pursued a degree that specialized in commercial foodservice and restaurant management. as part of this degree I also received a teaching degree. since I have always been the competitive sort, looked for something to do that helped our fellow man while using my cooking talents. I found this through cooking chili. been doing this for around 30 years and have had a blast doing it. Hope to continue for years to come
