COMPETITION: Fire & Ice Women's BBQ Championship
I started competing with my husband Bill as Smokin Foolz 5 years ago, but this has been my first season as the Pitmaster. I switched us from a 'low and slow' to a a 'hot and fast' cook, started cooking on a new smoker, and made some tweaks to the recipes. While not all of the changes were good ones, Smokin Foolz had a great season and I'm thrilled to be competing as part of Cowboy Charcoal's Fire and Ice series!
