COMPETITION: World Burger Championship
Eight years ago, I decided to go on a quest to find the best burger. Using my day job as an advertising sales executive, I was able to try burgers all across the US, Canada and the UK. Only recently, did it occur to me that I wasn't very good at cooking burgers, so I did a ton of research. It is in my nature to ask questions and seek advice. Based on the people I spoke to, family and friends, I was able to come up with a burger that will be tough to beat. I am not a chef. I am not a cook. To call myself those things is a tremendous insult to those who have given their career to the food industry. I do one thing and I do it very well...I make a great burger. Best of luck to all, Billy
