Having worked every position in the restaurant business, I have always had a food passion. I do not have any formal training, but have always had a way of making spice combinations work. In 2014, I launched Wild Bill's Wing Sauce. Since its inception, Wild Bill's has won many awards including: World Hot Sauce Awards, Firery Food Challenge, Golden Chili Awards, International Flavor Awards, Chili Pepper Magazine, National BBQ Association and more. I am currently the manager and food creator at Island Time Daiquiris at The Wharf in Orange Beach, Alabama.
