Being from Arizona, I was influenced by Latin American mom and pop shops that really put all of themselves into their food. I experiences fresh foods from local sources as I lived in the Seattle area and then Northern California's. Being a part of the south for the last 11 years has let me explore a clean eating approach to souther foods. all of this comes together in what I call the New South Food Revolution. A south by sothwest approach to fresh, local food!
