Ive been cooking since I could remember and Jonathan has been cooking since he was 5 and diagnosed with cancer. I used cooking before as a means to eat but as I tasted different flavors and cuisines, I started learning about the history behind the food and found that it was a way to explore a cultures history and their flavor preferences. Ive been cooking professionally for close to 11 years now. Jonathan found cooking as a way to express himself and showcase his talent. We both are passionate about food and pushing our creativity to its limit and further.
Jonathan at a young age has competed and won so much and his passion for culinary and food are so infectious that I couldnt say no when he asked to compete with me! Hes an amazing kid and Im looking forward to the Challenges that the WFC has for us
