Currently the Corporate Chef for Cosmo's Restaurant, Cobalt, and Luna's and have been in that position for 8 years. Been in kitchens for 30+ years doing a little of everything. Graduate of Faulkner State Culinary Program in 1999 and working in capacity of Sous Chef and Executive Chef since. Lives in West Pensacola and has worked in Orange Beach since 1991. Won Best Chef of Alabama Competition in 2013 at the Wind Creek Casino and has competed and placed in numerous cooking competitions. Married to Lora for 21 years and has 1 son, Zachary who attends college at UWF.
