My name is Tenzing Tsering. I was born in India.my parents are from Tibet.i became fascinated in this profession by my mother she taught me everything about cooking she was a great chef. I worked in this industry for more than 30years in one of the world best hotels and fine dinning in Asia and Europe.i was an personal chef to president republic of kalmukh. I study in nutrition and dietitian and also studied in Indian herbal medicine Ayurveda.as I have a knowledge of all above mentioned I want to create a dishes which not only fulfill your daily needs but also keeps you healthy and diseases free for your entire life.while I was in India and Russia I have experimented some of my dishes to patients and they all have shown a very good result. Therefore i would like to share my knowledge to whole world so that every person in this works can live happily and without stress .cooking is not just having knowledge how to cook dishes.it is an art how art how to cook healthy foods and keep people healthy.food is our main resources of our life which we need in our entire life.most of us we do not know what we need in our daily life that\'s the reason why most of us eat what ever we like thinking food is just to fill our tummy or to cover our hunger.I have lits to write but I will stop here so that reader won\'t get boare.thank you and looking forward to help every human beings.
