With a knack for organization and creativity, Jess lends her culinary talents to our research and development team. She currently focuses on creating recipe concepts that are presented to top restaurant chains, on behalf of our manufacturer clients. Jess’ enthusiasm for cooking started when she was just a teenager, and since that time she’s turned her passion into a full-time career. A lover of all things barbecue, it should come as no surprise that Jess takes her cooking skills on the road. Every March, she participates with her team regionally in sanitation BBQ competitions.With almost 10 years of foodservice industry experience under her belt, Kasey brings an extensive knowledge of ingredients and flavors to her craft. Kasey has a hand in the development of recipes and menu concepts for many of our manufacturer clients – including work on the culinary retail side of the business. As our resident cheesehead, Kasey does her home state of Wisconsin proud. This dairy connoisseur is a fan of all things cheese—“deep fried, baked or raw,” in her own words. These ladies are ready to throw down and give it all during competition. They know their flavors, techniques and aren't afraid to get messy!
