Pour d\' Vino\'s head chef is Jana Hernandez. Jana is a culinary graduate from the University of Antelope Valley. She has been the head Chef for us for over three years. Jana specializes in original fusion dishes, wine pairing dishes and is well known for her phenomenal Creme\\\\\\\' Brûlée.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nJana is the mother of two and came to the United States from her small hometown in El Salvador. She is admired by her friends, family, peers and co-workers as a rock of stability both personally and professionally and for her adventurous spirit in the kitchen.
